Announcement of another version of AMX-30 is yesterday’s news, but IMHO still worth mentioning. As much as I wasn’t thrilled by the first release from Meng (though must admit in Mike Rinaldi’s TankArt 3 book it looks cool), I was just thinking the other week that building the version from the first Gulf War would be quite interesting proposition. And voila…one week later, here it comes.

Pictures from Meng’s release indicate that this is going to be quite detailed and “busy” model.
